Engage

SDT is a centralized hub of all dance happenings in the Yampa Valley. In addition to our Annual Concert, we provide scholarships to persons of any age with financial need to fulfill their dancing dreams while increasing quality of life for residents through our various programming.

Enrich

As a community-focused organization, SDT collaborates with other area non-profits and local organizations to bring free or affordable classes to all demographics.  At least once a year we host a professionally trained dancer coming to the area to teach, and host “dance on film” series to showcase this beautiful artform.

Educate

Dance helps foster athletic performance, slows the aging process and has mental health benefits and more. Through our various education programs we aim to educate all populations. By partnering with schools and the City to implement World Dance in Schools, Summer and after school programming, we expose our youth to dance at an early age.
